Sebastien Paddington

Managing Director

Sebastien Paddington is the Managing Director of IPI with over 20 years of experience in urban planning, project management, and property development. Since founding IPI in 2009, he has led several major residential and mixed-use developments while focusing on sustainable, community-driven design solutions.
