IPI has been shaping communities in Trinidad & Tobago since 2009. Hope Estate was our first and it’s where Windward Crest now takes its name. We know the land here personally because we’ve been developing it, living with it and building trust with the families and buyers who’ve come before you.

Hope Estate sits on what was once a copra plantation, on a stretch of Tobago’s south-west coast where leatherback turtles still nest, agoutis moves through the undergrowth at dusk, and caimans keep to the wetlands below. We didn’t design Windward Crest to compete with that, we designed it to sit quietly within it. Nine parcels, low density, gated, so the nine families who build here get privacy without losing the reason they came: the view, the quiet and a coastline that hasn’t been overbuilt.
